Services
Rekixo provides practical digital product services including Android app development, web app development, dashboards, custom digital systems, UI systems, workflow tools, product improvement, and related support.
Scope, Estimate, and Approval
Project work begins after scope, timeline, commercial terms, and payment structure are agreed. Any extra feature, major change, integration, migration, or redesign outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate and timeline.
Approvals may be taken through email, chat, call notes, invoice acceptance, or written confirmation. Clear approval helps avoid confusion during delivery.
Payments and Invoices
Payments may be milestone-based, advance-based, monthly, or support-based depending on the project. Work may pause if required payment, content, access, or approval is delayed.
Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, APIs, SMS/email gateways, Play Store fees, payment gateway charges, cloud usage, or paid tools are normally paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.
Ownership and Handover
Rekixo's promise is simple: software hum banayenge, control aapka rahega. After full payment and handover, agreed project deliverables belong to the client, except pre-existing Rekixo assets, reusable components, open-source libraries, third-party services, and tools that are separately licensed.
Clients should keep their own domain, hosting, Play Store, cloud, and admin accounts under their control wherever possible.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, content, images, brand assets, business information, and approvals on time.
- Confirm that supplied content, business model, data, and legal claims are lawful and permitted to use.
- Test deliverables and report issues during the review window.
- Keep credentials, OTPs, server access, payment access, and admin access secure.
Support, Warranty, and Limitation
Support terms depend on the project agreement. Bug fixes are handled based on agreed scope, testing status, and warranty period. Changes, new features, third-party failures, hosting issues, policy rejections, or business logic changes may be billed separately.
Rekixo is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect client information, third-party downtime, payment gateway issues, app store policy changes, hosting/server problems, or unauthorized access outside Rekixo's control.
