How Rekixo delivers digital products.

Rekixo does not ship physical goods. Delivery is digital: app builds, web apps, dashboards, source handover where agreed, deployment support, documentation, and account access guidance.

Digital Delivery

Deliverables may include website links, admin panel access, APK/AAB builds, deployed web app URLs, design files, code repositories, documentation, database setup guidance, or deployment handover based on the agreed project scope.

Timeline

Timelines depend on project scope, approvals, content, third-party access, payment status, app store review, domain/hosting setup, and testing feedback. Any change in requirement may change the delivery timeline.

Client Review

After delivery of a milestone or final build, the client should review and report issues within the agreed review window. Changes outside agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Handover and Control

Rekixo encourages clients to keep their own key accounts: domain, hosting, Play Console, cloud, payment gateway, and admin access. After full payment, agreed access and handover details are shared so long-term control stays with the business owner.

Post-Delivery Support

Support may include bug fixes, small improvements, deployment guidance, or maintenance depending on the agreement. New features, third-party failures, server upgrades, policy changes, or business changes may require a separate support plan.
