Privacy Policy

How Rekixo handles client and project information.

Rekixo builds Android apps, web apps, dashboards, and custom digital systems. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how clients can contact us about their data.

Information We Collect

When you contact Rekixo or submit a project request, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, business name, project description, and any files or details you choose to share.

During a project, we may also receive product requirements, workflow details, brand assets, app content, access credentials shared by you, and technical information required to design, build, test, or support the software.

How We Use Information

  • To understand your software, app, website, dashboard, or custom system requirement.
  • To reply with project scope, estimate direction, delivery plan, or support guidance.
  • To design, develop, test, deliver, maintain, and improve agreed work.
  • To keep records of communication, invoices, approvals, milestones, and handover details.
  • To protect Rekixo, clients, users, and systems from misuse, fraud, or security issues.

Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell client information. We may share limited information with trusted tools or providers only when needed for contact forms, hosting, analytics, domain/hosting setup, app distribution, payment records, or project delivery.

Examples may include form services, email providers, cloud hosting, domain providers, payment processors, Play Store or app distribution services, and collaboration tools. These providers process data under their own policies.

Security and Retention

We use practical safeguards such as limited access, account protection, and careful handling of shared credentials. No online method is perfectly secure, so clients should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information unless it is required for the project.

We keep project records for as long as needed for delivery, support, legal, accounting, and business continuity purposes. Clients may request removal of unnecessary information when a project is complete.

Your Choices

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete project inquiry information where practical and legally possible. If your project uses user data, Rekixo can help design reasonable privacy-friendly flows, but the client remains responsible for how their own business collects and uses end-user data.
