Refund and Cancellation

Fair refund rules for custom software work.

Most Rekixo work is custom planning, design, development, configuration, or support. Refunds depend on work completed, resources booked, third-party costs, and written project terms.

Advance Payments

Advance payments reserve time, planning, and initial project effort. If the client cancels before work starts, Rekixo may refund the unused portion after deducting payment gateway charges and any preparation cost already incurred.

Milestone-Based Work

For milestone projects, each paid milestone covers work planned or completed for that stage. Approved, delivered, or substantially completed milestones are generally non-refundable. Future unused milestones may be cancelled before work begins.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain, hosting, cloud, Play Store, API, SMS/email gateway, paid plugin, tool, or third-party service costs.
  • Consultation, planning, research, design, development, testing, deployment, or support time already used.
  • Urgent work, custom changes, approved deliverables, or work delayed due to missing client content/access.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to ai@rekixo.com. Rekixo will review project status, completed work, dependencies, and pending deliverables before confirming any refund or closure amount.

How to Request a Refund

Email your project name, payment proof, reason for cancellation, and requested resolution. Approved refunds, if any, are processed through a suitable payment method and may take time depending on bank or gateway timelines.
